Whether you're preparing for your first birth or seeking a redemptive experience this time around, my full birth doula package is designed to offer consistent, personalized care throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum.
This package includes:
Prenatal Support
Two prenatal appointments (around 28 and 35 weeks) — held in-person or virtually, based on your preference
Unlimited phone, text, and email support from the time of hire through postpartum
Guidance in creating your birth preferences and a clear, one-page birth plan to share with your care team
Labor & Birth Support
On-call support from 38 to 42 weeks
Continuous in-person support during labor and birth at your place of choice — hospital, birth center, or home
Physical comfort measures (hip squeezes, counter pressure, position suggestions, etc.)
Informational Support
Encouragement and support for your birth partner to help them feel confident and connected
Postpartum Support
One postpartum follow-up visit (in-person or virtual) to process your birth, answer questions, and offer continued guidance
Newborn care so you can shower, eat, or rest
Light household help (dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing baby items)
A curated local resource list (including lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, perinatal mental health specialists, and more)

Postpartum Support
Gentle guidance. Practical help. Steady care in the days that matter most.
Bringing a baby home is a big transition—for your body, your emotions, your family dynamic, and your sense of self. Whether you need time to rest, a safe space to talk, help getting organized, or just a calm presence by your side, postpartum doula care helps lighten the load and deepen your confidence.
At $45/hour, I offer personalized support that may include:
Newborn care so you can shower, eat, or rest
Light household help (dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing baby items)
Emotional support, space to process your birth, and compassionate listening
Feeding guidance—whether you're breastfeeding, formula feeding, or combo
Basic newborn education and reassurance for common concerns
Support for older siblings during visits
Meal and snack prep to keep you nourished
Referrals to trusted local resources if additional support is needed
Details:
Minimum of 2 hours per visit
Available weekdays and weekends
Daytime and Evening support only (overnight not currently offered)
Custom postpartum packages available (e.g., 12-hour bundle)

Childbirth Education
Personalized, practical, and empowering education for your birth journey.
This private childbirth education series is designed to help you feel calm, informed, and confident—whether you're preparing for your first birth or hoping for a more empowered experience this time around.
Choose between in-person sessions in Seminole County, FL and surrounding areas, or virtual sessions from the comfort of your home. Either way, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your goals, preferences, and questions. We’ll also review the ins and outs of how to navigate the birthing location of your choice.
What’s Included:
Two private sessions (90 minutes each) — scheduled at your convenience
Choose in-person (at your home or a local location) or virtual (via Zoom)
A customizable, evidence-based curriculum covering:
What to expect during labor and birth
Commonly offered interventions and informed decision-making
Natural comfort measures and positioning techniques
Partner roles and how to work as a team
Creating your birth preferences and navigating hospital policies
What happens after birth: immediate postpartum, newborn care basics
